My philosophy and approach to fitness and wellness closely aligns with that of Todd Miller and Stephanie Mull, at George Washington University’s Weight Management & Human Performance Lab. Like myself, they take the onslaught of fitness and nutrition information coming at you every day and break it down into its simplest forms.
